Requirements

Collaborate in a cross-disciplinary teams (design, product management, engineering) to conceive a new process and supporting interfaces.
Outline and document the user journey
Create prototypes that help communicate and validate the optimal user flow, interaction model, and screen designs
Create wire frames and UI (responsive web) that the team can use to create stories and developers can translate into code
Collaborate with software developers and architects to review, iterate and refine product design during development cycles
The ability to be self- directed and proactive about presenting potential concepts that might be different than the expected/assumed solution
Design and deliver user research, including helping Product Manager frame key questions, create research plans to address those, conduct activities, and synthesize the findings into meaningful, actionable insights.

Social Media Specialist

Requirements

Storytelling, content building, strong writing and editing skills
A good eye for design and the ability to conceptualize and create eye-catching content are a must
Community Management - discovering how a brand’s audience communicates, to better understand their comments, questions, needs and concerns
Stay up-to-date with the latest news, tools, applications and social media best practices and technologies
Need to be Pro at determining KPIs, reviewing company objectives & strategies regularly and make necessary adjustments on their KPIs.
Need to understand Analytic charts, and how did those stats impact the bottom line, to make informed decisions and necessary adjustment to content development strategy
Integrating search engine optimization (SEO) with social media to drive organic traffic is a key to conversion
Need to have experience with paid social advertising and to understand how ads can scale organic social media efforts.
The ability to be self- directed and proactive about having daily and weekly to-do lists and creating a social media calendar ahead of time
